They feature full 2” thickness for ultimate strength and durability. Optional insulation consists of 1 5/16” expanded polystyrene throughout the door. Both steel and polylaminate backer choices are available to ensure these models are well-suited for a wide range of applications.

The Model 420 door features a 2" (51 mm) panel thickness, 16-gauge steel intermediate and end stiles, ribbed steel exterior and a white paint finish. This 20-gauge steel door is available in sizes up to 31´2" (9500 mm) in width and 24´1" (7341 mm) in height. Numerous options including weatherstripping, reinforced struts, movable center posts, and motor operation allow these heavy-duty doors to meet nearly any project requirements.

These doors feature a 2" (51 mm) panel thickness, 16-gauge steel intermediate and end stiles, ribbed steel exterior and 26-gauge steel back cover in a white finish. Polystyrene insulation provides an R-value of 7.35. The Model 422 is a 20-gauge steel door available in sizes up to 29´2" in width and 24´1" in height (8890 mm and 7341 mm). A multitude of options -- including reinforcing struts, movable center posts, and motor operation allow these insulated heavy-duty doors to be used in a variety of commercial and industrial environments.

Thermacore® Sectional Steel Door – 596
Model 596
The Thermacore® Sectional Door Model 596 is ideal for extra heavy-duty applications where both thermal efficiency and sound suppression are desirable. The 596 is constructed of 20-gauge galvanized steel with a flush, textured finish. The sectional steel door model 596 incorporates the Thermacore® steel-polyurethane-steel panel construction, which provides a thermal barrier to withstand harsh climates and demanding environmental requirements.
