The Model 424 is available in sizes up to 30´2" (9195 mm) in width and 24´1" (7341 mm) in height, and is also available in Industrial Brown. The Thermacore® Sectional Door Model 596 is ideal for extra heavy-duty applications where both thermal efficiency and sound suppression are desirable. The 596 is constructed of 20-gauge galvanized steel with a flush, textured finish. The sectional steel door model 596 incorporates the Thermacore® steel-polyurethane-steel panel construction, which provides a thermal barrier to withstand harsh climates and demanding environmental requirements.

With a U-factor of .10 (R-value of 17.5), and one of the best overall air infiltration ratings in the industry, the Thermacore® Sectional Steel Door Model 599 is one of the most thermally efficient door systems in its class.
