Dr. Ingrid has proved to be impressively knowledgeable about mental health and addiction. She makes accurate diagnosis and utilizes medication management in a non-evassive manner. Because of Dr. Ingrid, I have a better understanding about my personal MH and Substance Use diagnosis. I also feel more confident now that I am able to get better. “I appreciate Dr Ingrid so much. My son is now 20 years old and has suffered from OCD depression and anxiety since age 9 years old. He had a breaking point where he had recurring thoughts that I could not get him out of. For 11 years I have tried multiple therapist and psychologist that did not take the time with him to figure it out. They just wanted to put on medication and to move to the next. Not Dr Ingrid! She has been a life changer. She talked with him extensively put him on medication and he is doing great! I will be forever grateful!!!”
