Before establishing Leach Consulting Group, Mike served as the State Director at the South Carolina Department of Social Services (SC DSS), where he led the agency through significant organizational change, strengthening its ability to serve vulnerable populations across the state and spearheaded pivotal reform efforts that reshaped the agency’s safety practices, policies, and outcomes.\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
