The integral frame / packaged counter door Model 657 combines an attractive finished appearance with the convenience of a factory-assembled unit. These non-rated doors feature a high-quality 16-gauge stainless steel frame, hood and fascia complemented by a 14-gauge stainless steel sill. Available to fit openings up to 12’5″ (3785 mm) wide and 6’5” (1956 mm) high, these rolling counter doors have a variety of applications including food service areas.

Our insulated fire-rated rolling service door offers superior protection wherever a listed insulated fire door is required (max. width 24’; max. height 24’). The Model 635 insulated rolling steel door serves as a thermal barrier, ideal for applications which require separation due to climate control requirements. The insulation used in this door offers added energy efficiency (R-value of 4.5), sound transmission control (STC 21), and the mineral wool utilized in the slat insert meets the Smoke and Flame Index of 5. Common masonry and non-masonry mounted applications include: facilities with paint booths, file rooms, material storage locations, warehouses, shared walls between businesses, public record storage, and public buildings such as libraries. The Model 635 insulated fire door is available with UL (FM optional) labels for 1-1/2, 3, 4 and oversized doors. These doors feature a mechanical auto resettable hoist (non-motorized) that enables easy drop test and reset of the fire door in just seconds. Fusible links are mounted on both sides of the wall that separate to automatically close the door in case of fire. Additional safety and protection features are available, including: Fire Sentinel® time-delay release device, FireLite® vision lites, smoke detectors, horns and strobes.

The Model 660 integral frame fire-rated counter doors provide a handsome finished appearance for a variety of applications, including food service counters, schools, concessions, hospitals, cafeterias and retail settings. These doors are available for openings up to 9'5” x 4'5” (2870 mm x 1346 mm) and carry a UL 1-1/2 hour label for masonry and non-masonry fire walls. The 660 Series integral frame doors are factory assembled as a complete unit with fully welded frames. The curtain, frame, guides, sill, hood and bottom bar are stainless steel. Additional safety and protection features are available, including: Fire Sentinel® time-delay release device, smoke detectors, horns, and strobes.

Model 662 fire-rated counter doors an integral frame are suited for many applications including schools, retail settings, hospitals, food service counters, concessions and cafeterias. These doors fit openings up to 9’5” x 4’5” (2870 mm x 1346 mm) and carry a UL 1-1/2 hour label for masonry and non-masonry fire walls. Model 662 integral frame doors are assembled at the factory as a complete unit with fully welded frames. The curtain is 22-gauge galvanized steel with baked-on polyester top coat; while the frame, guides, sill, hood and fascia are stainless steel. Other safety and protection features are available, including: Fire Sentinel® time-delay release device, smoke detectors, horns, and strobes.

These fire-rated rolling steel doors offer superior protection wherever a listed fire door is required. Common applications include factories, warehouses, mills, distribution centers and parking garages. Customized fire doors are available for conveyor openings. These doors feature fusible links mounted on both sides of the wall that separate to automatically close the door. UL recommends a 165º F (74º C) fuse link for ambient conditions for 100º F (38º C) or less, or a 212º F (100º C) fuse link for ambient conditions over 100º F (38º C).
